Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Help Desk Specialist I to provide IT support to end users and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Provide phone, webchat, and in-person support to end users and external vendors
  • Research and resolve basic network, hardware, and software application issues
  • Document and track IT issues using a help desk tracking application
  • Communicate with users while working on issues and ensure timely completion
  • Perform end user computer refreshes
  • Complete work orders and document troubleshooting processes
