Requirements

  • Strong hardware and software knowledge
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
  • Experience diagnosing PC hardware problems
  • Basic network functions
  • Computer remedial and preventative maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer calls and resolutions
  • 1 year of experience working in a help desk environment
