We are seeking a Help Desk Technician for a 3-month contract-to-hire position in Colorado Springs, CO. The role will provide technical support to guests and team members, install and maintain equipment, and assist with inventory tracking.

Requirements

  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • General knowledge of hardware and software platforms
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedure(s)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
