Job Description
CEI's largest Healthcare client is seeking a Lead Computer Operator to join their growing organization. The Lead Computer Operator will oversee daily operations, manage helpdesk staff, and ensure continuity of service in a production-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation and support of a variety of computer systems
  • Experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment
  • Experience managing and supporting FTP servers
  • CompTIA A+ Certification (optional)
  • Experience within a healthcare or insurance-related environment (optional)
