Role OverviewThe IT Helpdesk Associate provides entry level help desk support directly to Vinfen end users and to critical internal IT functions. Work also includes data entry and verification of system jobs and processes, as well as administrative tasks, as needed for the IT Department.
What You Will Do
Installs, configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots computer hardware and software. Accurately maintains asset inventory. Provides guidance and support to end users who experience IT related issues. Properly documents Help Desk tickets. Maintains master data sets across multiple core business applications.

Requirements
- Two to three years' experience in the field or related areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license must be presented at the time of employment.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to stand, file, sit, climb or balance; stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl around a facility.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copier, and printer.
- A+ and/or Net+ certification is preferred. Microsoft certifications are desirable.
