Role OverviewThe Helper HVAC will assist with general labor duties to support their team to complete jobs such as facility improvements, remodels, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Equipment Installations. This will involve driving a box truck or assisting with safety, moving equipment, cleaning the jobsite, and assisting with Carpentry, Electrical, plumbing and HVAC projects.
What You Will Do
Perform work under the direction of a Manager or Team Lead to assist on the job site with tasks that will facilitate the team completing building or equipment repairs, demolition, removal and/or installation of equipment, and general construction tasks.

- 18 years of age or older

- Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel 75-100% of time
