Job Description
As a Medical Science Liaison at Syneos Health, you will engage in scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals, communicate clinical and scientific data, and serve as a primary resource for addressing unsolicited medical questions. You will plan and execute medical strategy, gather and document field-generated scientific insights, and maintain a scientific and clinical knowledge base. The ideal candidate has a strong scientific and clinical acumen, experience in managed care/PBM, HEOR activities, or P&T committee processes, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Requirements

  • MD, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, or equivalent degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison required
  • Clinical or related practical experiences in GI/Liver preferred
  • Ability to quickly understand & translate complex scientific data & realize the potential impact of that data on clinical practice & potential research needs
  • Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or strong knowledge of P&T committee processes
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Possess a valid driver's license
