Job Description
As a Medical Science Liaison, you will be a field-based, scientific, and clinical expert who strategically supports the medical and scientific objectives of the program. You will engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and thrive in people-focused environments.

Requirements

  • MD, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, or equivalent degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison required
  • Clinical or related practical experiences in GI/Liver preferred
  • Strong scientific & clinical acumen
  • Ability to quickly understand & translate complex scientific data & realize the potential impact of that data on clinical practice & potential research needs
  • Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or strong knowledge of P&T committee processes
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, overnights and weekends may be required, and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
