Job Description
We are seeking a HEOR Medical Science Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced training and experience in scientific innovation, strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and the ability to communicate complex scientific data effectively. The role will involve engaging in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue, communicating clinical and scientific data, and identifying and documenting field-generated scientific insights to drive innovative Medical Affairs strategies.

Requirements

  • MD, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, or equivalent degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison required
  • Clinical or related practical experiences in GI/Liver preferred
  • Strong scientific & clinical acumen
  • Ability to quickly understand & translate complex scientific data & realize the potential impact of that data on clinical practice & potential research needs
  • Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or strong knowledge of P&T committee processes
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, overnights and weekends may be required, and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
