Job Description

HeyTutor is seeking paraprofessional/paraeducators to support K-12 students with tutoring hours, assisting in IEP implementation and providing individualized support. The role involves classroom support, instructional guidance, and responsible behavior management. Candidates should have a valid Maine Tech certification.

Requirements

Possession of a valid Maine Department of Education Tech Certification at level 1, 2, or 3.
Prior experience working with students.
Comfort working in a classroom and with special needs students.
FBI-DOJ background check
Desire to provide a reference from previous employer
Ability to complete safety training
