Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living/long term care and reminiscence neighborhoods. The role involves resident care, physical and emotional support, participation in ISPs, communication with families, and following Sunrise’s mission to champion quality of life. This position is part of a Great Place to Work® certification and focuses on the residents' well-being.

Requirements

  • Review, read, notate, and document daily logs.
  • Participate in the development of ISP and monthly updates.
  • Review assigned assignments.
  • Maintain and clean resident’s rooms.
  • Communicate with families and provide a resource.
  • Follow infection control guidelines.
