Role Overview

The High School Director is a ministerial leadership role responsible for the spiritual formation, discipleship, and pastoral care of high school students in grades 9 through 12. This role exists to build Christ-centered relationships with students, parents, and volunteers while leading all high school programming, events, and ministry environments.

What You Will Do

Provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care for high school students through teaching, prayer, mentoring, and relational presence. Lead and facilitate high school ministry programming, including Sunday services and midweek gatherings.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience in student ministry with direct responsibility for teaching, discipleship, and ministry leadership.

  • Proven experience building and sustaining relationships with students, parents, and volunteers within a church setting.
