Role Overview

As a High School Intervention Specialist, you will work with youth and young adults, building strong relationships and encouraging daily attendance through engaging instruction. You will help students develop self-motivation, guiding them toward graduation and career readiness, especially those who need to recover credit or are at risk of dropping out.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include providing specially designed instruction, designing and facilitating individualized educational support services, teaching and/or facilitating Industry Recognized Credentials, and employing data to personalize instruction.
