Job Description
KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is seeking a High School PE/Health Teacher to instruct students in 9th-12th grade, focusing on creating a positive classroom environment, curriculum implementation, student assessment, and collaborative effort. The role will work closely with the elective department, potentially running a club or enrichment block. KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is a national network with multiple schools operating in the North and West sides of Jacksonville, Florida.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Florida Teaching Certification or Eligibility for Certification in Physical Education K-12 and Health K-12
  • At least one complete year of teaching secondary Physical Education with experience with a proven track-record of high achievement in the classroom
