Role OverviewAs a Highway/Civil/Utility Engineer at HDR, you will work in a technical role under the direction of a Project Manager on the engineering development of urban and rural highway/roadway projects. You will oversee the work of CAD Designers, prepare detailed engineering designs, and participate in activities from site feasibility analysis to final design and construction phase.
