As a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) with experience in Highway Construction Management, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Quality Assurance (QA) organization on Design-Build projects.

Requirements

  • Be a Licensed Professional Engineer or capable of being licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Have Construction Management and Highway Construction/Infrastructure projects experience
  • Have 10+ years of related experience, 3 - 4 years project related experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years coordination/supervisory experience
  • Possess excellent communications skills and the ability to identify and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Have the ability to identify potential projects/clients, and market our services
  • Possess a driver's license and the ability to commute to projects when required
