Role OverviewAs a Highway EIT/Coordinator at HDR, you'll work on a team to design urban and rural roadway projects, taking responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, and development of plans and construction estimates. You'll also provide assistance with technical reports, specifications, and calculations. This role is part of HDR's Transportation Business Group, which aims to shape the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working on detailed design projects, taking responsibility for various aspects of project design, and providing assistance with technical reports and calculations. You'll also be expected to perform other duties as needed.

Requirements
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Highways and Roads engineering software
- Proficient in Civil3D
- Familiarity with WisDOT Procedures
