Role OverviewDCS is a family-owned business seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician to conduct various highway maintenance services, including cleaning and clearing culverts, mowing and clearing brush from roadsides, and patching broken or eroded pavements and shoulders.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will train in highway/route maintenance activities, operate equipment, and use hand and power tools. They will also work in adverse weather conditions and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid Georgia driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving
- Demonstrated training and/or experience to perform essential job functions in maintenance of roadway activities
