Role OverviewAs a Highway Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the project's day-to-day maintenance, servicing, and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets.

Perform highway maintenance and repairs, including pothole patching, striping, reflector/delineator installation, and concrete/asphalt work.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with skid steer, wheel loader, mini excavator, and tractor
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 5 years)
- Open availability, including overtime and emergency on-call rotation
- Willing to travel as needed
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Must follow company drug and alcohol policy
