Job Description
Role Overview

The selected candidate will serve the public and work to make the roads in Ohio safer. They will attend training to obtain CDL licensure, perform highway maintenance activities, and participate in employee tuition reimbursement programs.

What You Will Do

Perform highway maintenance activities, including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, mowing, and performing snow & ice operations.

Requirements

  • Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary
  • Must obtain Class B Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction
  • Ability to read, write & speak common English vocabulary
  • 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in operation of basic equipment
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction
