Role OverviewThe selected candidate will serve the public and work to make the roads in Ohio safer by performing highway maintenance activities, including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, mowing, and snow & ice operations. The role is part of the District 5 Garage - Knox Cty (DOTKNO) team.
What You Will Do
You will attend training to obtain CDL licensure, perform highway maintenance activities, and participate in snow & ice operations.

Requirements
- Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary
- Must obtain Class B Commercial Drivers License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction
- 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in operation of basic equipment
