Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be placed in the classification in which they meet minimum qualifications. The role involves serving the public and working to make the roads in Ohio safer. The candidate will perform highway maintenance activities, including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, mowing, and performing snow & ice operations.
What You Will Do
The candidate will attend training to obtain CDL licensure, perform highway maintenance activities, and participate in employee tuition reimbursement programs.

Requirements
- Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary
- Ability to read, write & speak common English vocabulary
- Class B Commercial Drivers License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction
