Role OverviewProvide direct supervision of HPRD staff in assigned dispatch centers, provide guidance on dispatch operations, and develop and implement communication center programs and policies.
What You Will Do
Prepare schedules for personnel, handle payroll functions, approve leave requests, complete performance evaluations, and administer selection process by tracking applications and directing interviews.
