Role OverviewThe Highway Patrol Radio Dispatcher Supervisor provides direct supervision of HPRD staff, provides guidance on dispatch operations, develops and implements communication center programs, and evaluates training needs of staff.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will prepare schedules, handle payroll functions, approve leave requests, complete performance evaluations, and administer selection processes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 12 months of experience in computer-aided dispatch software, 12 months of training or experience in Federal Communication Commission rules and regulations, and 6 months of training or experience in Law Enforcement Automated Data System.
