Role OverviewAs a Highway Technician 1, you will perform general highway maintenance duties, including operating basic equipment, performing snow and ice control, and maintaining traffic signs and pavement markings. You will also perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment, conduct pre-trip inspections, and respond to general inquiries from the public.

This role requires a valid Commercial Driver's License, Class 'B', with a tanker endorsement and without air brake restrictions. You will need to be able to recognize unusual or threatening conditions and take appropriate action, read and verbalize simple sentences, and maintain accurate records.
