Role Overview

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to serve the public and contribute to making Ohio's roads safer. You will perform a variety of highway maintenance activities, such as flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, and mowing. You will also participate in snow and ice operations to ensure safe travel during winter conditions.

Requirements

  • Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & decimals, percentages & fractions
  • Ability to read, write & speak common English vocabulary
  • 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in operation of basic equipment
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction
