Role OverviewThe Highway Technician 1 will serve the public and work to make the roads in Ohio safer by performing highway maintenance activities, including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, mowing, and performing snow & ice operations.

Requirements
- Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & decimals, percentages & fractions
- Ability to read, write & speak common English vocabulary
- 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in operation of basic equipment
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction
