Role OverviewThe Hill's SC Systems Integration Leader will support the Hill's North America Supply Chain team by identifying, developing, implementing, and sustaining supply chain systems and processes. This position works closely with the Hill's business team and Global IT to align strategies and priorities, and with internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration between functions and platforms.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end execution of the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap, lead large-scale system implementations, and ensure all initiatives align with global standards and business objectives. They will also spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, formal process reviews, and implement scalable technical solutions to eliminate manual effort and maximize system utilization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
- 8+ years experience in Supply Chain operations or systems integration roles
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management and Change Management
- Expert-level command of SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems and integrated satellite systems
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in modern data stacks, including SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, Domo, or Python
- Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following: logistics and warehousing, manufacturing, Order-to-Invoice
