Role OverviewThe Health Information Management Specialist is responsible for assisting with the daily functions involving the collection, processing, maintenance, disclosure, and transportation of protected patient health information.
What You Will Do
Performs various tasks to input and/or retrieve/release patient information, verifies updates, maintains, and retrieves patient health information, and protects the privacy and security of medical records.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proof of completed vocational certificate or degree in the HIM field
- 1 year of health care experience
