Role OverviewThe HIM Supervisor will coordinate and monitor the overall workflows, standards, and team goals in the Patient Revenue Management Organization. They will supervise and train staff engaged in HIM functions, develop operating policies and procedures, and maintain liaison with hospital and clinic personnel.
What You Will Do
The HIM Supervisor will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the functional unit managed, manage and supervise staff, communicate and collaborate with others, and maintain knowledge of state and federal laws and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
- 6 years of experience in a progressive healthcare setting
- RHIT or RHIA strongly preferred
