Job Description
The Hiring Assistant will assist applicants, new hires, store and corporate office Teammates with all aspects of the hiring process. The Teammate in this role will answer questions and provide guidance regarding the applicant tracking system, job postings, background checks, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive user experience to applicants, current Buckle Teammates and Leaders across the entire company.
  • Update and maintain hiring reports, tracking spreadsheets, and teammate files.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist with the processing and review of background checks, references, and other pre-employment screening tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate applications and hiring progress
  • Manage, update, and troubleshoot the applicant tracking and onboarding system to support stores and ensure system and processes are streamlined and user friendly across the company
