Role OverviewProvide engaging, standards-aligned instruction in History and Social Justice to middle and high school students. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid New York State Teaching Certification (Preferred)
- Non-certified candidates must have at least 12 college credits in History, Social Studies, ELA, or a related subject area and must submit a copy of their transcript
- 1+ years of teaching experience in History, Social Studies, ELA, or a related subject area at the middle or high school level, preferably in an urban school setting
