Role OverviewThis position is for a Hitch Service Technician who will work in U-Haul Moving and Storage Center lots to provide outstanding service to customers using their advanced technical expertise.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include understanding and explaining U-Haul's variety of towing packages, recommending and installing the right tow package on customer vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service and support.
