Role OverviewAs an HM PreCoding Specialist, you will maintain established production goals while meeting or exceeding defined quality standards throughout the PreCoding process. You will identify and trend results and processes to develop and maintain a standardized PreCoding workflow and cadence. You will work independently under general supervision while adhering to established policies, procedures, and production standards.
What You Will Do
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include consistently maintaining established production goals while meeting or exceeding defined quality standards throughout the PreCoding process. You will participate in system testing as needed to support system, application upgrades, and all processes and procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a medical (billing preferably) and or revenue cycle environment
- Knowledge of EMR documentation systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills
