Job Description
The HMDA/Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for the bank’s mortgage data that is collected and reported in accordance with HMDA regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for facilitating the collection of HMDA data from mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans, and collaborating with the Compliance Department to ensure accuracy of HMDA LAR.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years banking experience preferred
  • HMDA-related experience preferred
