Role OverviewThe HOA Community Manager embodies the company motto 'People, Performance, Passion' through proactive leadership, building longstanding relationships with Boards of Directors, and supporting them in developing goals and deploying strategic plans. The Community Manager is equipped with industry expertise and comprehensive knowledge of management practices, accounting procedures, and Association CC&Rs and Bylaws.
What You Will Do
Assist multiple Boards of Directors in developing the overall operational strategy of their Association, maintain client relationships, develop fiscal management policies, oversee the bidding process, monitor homeowner assessment delinquencies, prepare the annual budget, administer all legal issues, and maintain all communications with the Boards.

Requirements

- Understanding of project management, budget management, and strategic goal development
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- CCAM designation and/or CMCA and AMS designations desirable
