Role OverviewWe are looking for an On-site Community Manager to support day-to-day operations and help create a positive living experience for residents. The On-site Community Manager will lead a thriving team and take the reins of community operations.
What You Will Do
The On-site Community Manager will handle resident requests and concerns, prepare daily recaps/alerts, and distribute emergency notifications. They will also prioritize implementation of security and safety measures, maintain records, and oversee scheduling of moves and move coordination services.

The ideal candidate will have a full working knowledge of the condominium's governing documents and its rules and regulations, as well as the full-functionality of BuildingLInk and other software platforms used to support operations.
