Role Overview

The Senior Community Manager embodies the company's motto 'People, Performance, Passion' through proactive leadership. They build longstanding relationships with multiple Boards of Directors to assist in developing goals for each Homeowner's Association. The Senior Community Manager supports the Boards in deploying strategic plans to meet those goals and manages major community projects and issues.

What You Will Do

The Senior Community Manager ensures all Civil Code, State, and City statutes and ordinances are met, manages Board of Directors, Committee Members, and Community Member relations, and coordinates client meetings. They create agendas, prepare meeting minutes, and distribute information materials regarding Association rules and policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the industry, managing homeowners' associations, city government, or related experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building background/skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of management practices, accounting procedures, personnel practices, Association CC&Rs and Bylaws, inventory and procurement, contract relations, association maintenance and safety practices
  • Valid Driver's License and State mandated vehicle insurance
  • CCAM® designation or CMCA® and AMS® designations desired
