Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • No supervisory/management experience required
