Job Description
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer seeking a Key Lead for its Vacaville Premium Outlets location. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • No supervisory/management experience is required
