Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • No supervisory/ management experience is required
