Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Proven experience or training in providing personal care or home health assistance
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to pass a background check and a competency skills check
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within the Aurora Homecare service area
- Ability to follow written care instructions and document services
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
