Role OverviewFutures First is seeking a PRN Home-Based Specialist to support families with children from birth to age five, including expectant mothers, through weekly home visits. This position requires regular travel and collaboration with families, in-home providers, and community partners.
What You Will Do
Conduct weekly 90-minute home visits, guide families on prenatal health, child development, nutrition, and parenting, and support family goal setting through strengths-based assessments.
