Job Description
A Place for Mom is seeking a Home Care Acquisitions Manager (HCAM) to manage strategic partnerships with home care agencies. The role involves presenting a personalized sales pitch, onboarding new agencies, ensuring successful implementation, and maintaining accurate records. This position is critical to the company's growth and success in the senior care landscape.
Requirements
Manage multiple geographical markets with a targeted list of high potential home care agencies
Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom’s value
Sign on new agencies that meet A Place for Mom’s customer qualifications and regulatory requirements
Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly goals
Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activity in our CRM
Keep in excellent communication with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and prepare reports of weekly accomplishments
Occasional travel may be required
