Job Description
A Place for Mom is seeking a Home Care Acquisitions Manager (HCAM) to manage strategic partnerships with home care agencies. The role involves presenting a personalized sales pitch, onboarding new agencies, ensuring successful implementation, and maintaining accurate records. This position is critical to the company's growth and success in the senior care landscape.

Requirements

  • Manage multiple geographical markets with a targeted list of high potential home care agencies
  • Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom’s value
  • Sign on new agencies that meet A Place for Mom’s customer qualifications and regulatory requirements
  • Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly goals
  • Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activity in our CRM
  • Keep in excellent communication with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and prepare reports of weekly accomplishments
  • Occasional travel may be required
