Role OverviewThis position manages the daily operations and administrative functions of a home care branch, including recruitment, orientation, training, and retention of staff to meet and exceed monthly budgeted census. The Branch Manager participates in business development efforts to expand the client base and promote revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Provide direction, leadership, and oversight to ensure the branch operates in compliance with company and contractual requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with state and county referral agencies to promote the branch's programs and services. Oversee the recruitment, orientation, training, and retention of branch and office support staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 3 plus years of Health Care experience required
- 1 years of health care leadership experience required
- Must have demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and sales/develop business
- Must have P&L experience and the ability to develop and manage an agency budget
- Must have strong communication, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid car insurance
