Role OverviewThe Executive Director is responsible for leading and optimizing all company operations, making a meaningful impact on the quality of care provided to clients. They will drive financial performance through superior service delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Executive Director will review operations' performance/support needs, analyze operations and branch staff for alignment with the company's vision and values, and lead all operations to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring high standards of client care and employee satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business or a related field
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience managing operations, systems, processes, and people in a healthcare or service-focused environment
- Three or more years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports
- Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills
- Experience in home care or related healthcare field strongly preferred
- Proficiency in technology and all Microsoft Office solutions
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations of the business (area) they are responsible for
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency with computers and modern office technology to support efficient operations and communication
- Ability to travel 25-50% or as needed
