Role OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a client in a private home setting in Northwest Oklahoma City.
What You Will Do
Provide nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care, monitor the client’s condition and report changes appropriately, assist with daily care needs and ensure the client’s safety and comfort, communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team, complete required nursing documentation, and provide compassionate, respectful, one-on-one care.

Requirements
- Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail
- Strong communication skills
