What You Will Do
The Home Care Occupational Therapist will coordinate and direct the home care patient's care in their home environment, evaluating the patient for appropriateness of home care needs and developing the plan of care in collaboration with the provider, caregivers, and Home Care IDG members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Texas license as an Occupational Therapist
