Role OverviewAddus HomeCare is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support to clients within the agency. The LPN will perform assessments and simple medical nursing procedures in clients' homes, under the guidance of the RN Supervisor, in accordance with physician's orders.
What You Will Do
The LPN will be responsible for medication set-ups and reviews, skin assessments and general health evaluations, basic nail care, client education and documentation, and enabling patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
- No weight restrictions
- Home Care experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation
- Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to complete job responsibilities
