As a Physical Therapist, you will provide 1:1 treatment, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans. What You Will Do
Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area, provide timely and accurate documentation for each visit, and evaluate effects of treatment at various stages.

Requirements
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible
- Preferred Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory
